mabey in finland, in the US you can get your drivers licence at 16, handguns you have to be atleast 21, and pass a backround check. Plus you don't need a license to start up a car and drive. losts of kids drown in pool's around here, usally because there horseing around, or they simply can't swim as well as they think they can :) Alcohol is illegal in islamic countrys for religious reasons. I'm thinking that it could be banned in the west because it is dangerous to drink and drive.

I just watched a reality show were crimes are caught on camera. There was this security cam recording of shop getting robbed by a man holding a knife. The robber stole few packs of sigs and less than 100 dollars. On the way out the clerk pulled a gun and shot the robber for the theft of measly 100 dollars. Also the clerk was apraised in the show for "quick action".

99% of those who have licensed guns are not nutcases in Finland, most in fact are trained for responsible gun handling since they have been kids by their fathers and relatives, later on during the service, and shooting clubs.

You missed the points. First, guys who have been hunting and/or shooting for sports are mostly resbonsible gun handlers, since they have been taught it before they have even touched the gun. Nobody wants a mentaly sick guy/junkie etc stand next to you on a range.

I just watched a reality show were crimes are caught on camera. There was this security cam recording of shop getting robbed by a man holding a knife. The robber stole few packs of sigs and less than 100 dollars. On the way out the clerk pulled a gun and shot the robber for the theft of measly 100 dollars. Also the clerk was apraised in the show for "quick action".
