Picture this, you've just become Pokemon league champion. Prof Oak wants to see you. After you go talk to prof, he asks to take a look of your pokemons. It seems prof oak was a imposter hired by Team Rocket. Fake Oak takes your pokemons from you, and makes his leave. After this you are left with no pokemons. You try to follow fake Oak but when you reach the door fake Oak's team member's knock you out. Your character wakes up in the old cave, you see big shadow get closer to you its this theme...

I wonder if this is music that was going to be used in a matter like the low HP music in Black and White, when (obviously) the HP was low. If anybody would do it in that matter, it would be certainly be a special masterpiece!

Actually, this track most likely has nothing to do with the "Hurry, get away!" unused battling system. If you compare the location where it was stored in memory with other nearby locations, it's most likely something to do with Jessie and James, who weren't in Red/Blue.

This track was used @ one point, when your character walked through grass without any pokemon. You had to press run, because if you pressed anything else, it would say hurry run away.

This track would play in the first moments of a new game. After trying to leave Pallet Town, Pikachu would appear, but you had no Pokemon to defend you.

@Redlixer289 Not quite. "Hurry, Get Away!" is the name given to the unused battle system present in Yellow. This song has not official name or listing of where it was meant to be used.

The title of that unused song is Entrance of the Forbidden Gate. That is in Route 23 in Kanto where you need badges to get through the guards or you will not pass. It would be great for a Pokemon Yellow remake(very slim chance).
