Jon's right, any ideology can be destroyed when taken to extremes by very aggressive people. Just look at the religions across the world (though, of course, most of those sucked to begin with). I suppose even progressive libertarianism can be as well...but it would take much longer and be much less severe than either fiscal liberalism or social conservatism.

Suddenly, kidneys, lungs, livers, stomachs, intestines, eyebals, skin, and other organs could be grown per person, greatly reducing medical costs and increasing successes of such things. I am getting financially raped. Suddenly, kidneys, lungs, livers, stomachs, intestines, eyebals, skin, and other organs could be grown per person, greatly reducing medical costs and increasing successes of such things. Survival comes before all else, even crying about taxes.

But I'm also aware that if I needed an organ replacement, all else would have to come second to that regardless of cost. If no organ was available, I would be pretty screwed no matter how rich or poor I was. This is doubly true as I am covered by my country's health care program, so there'd be very little money coming out of my pocket either way.

Too, too funny! I have watched Beck's logic which would be hysterical except that there are viewers who actually believe it. Not only is Beck's history a representation of his lack of education (he didn't finish high school), but the logic is insane...

@tardyone: jon would have no difficulties owning beck on "his level" in person in a serious debate. Stewart roasts the best of them, conservative or liberal.

Yes, Stewart is smart and funny. But to equate a clownish parody with an intellectual argument is immature. Try taking Beck on at his level. Or let Obama or one of his minions accept Beck's challenge to call him on the red phone. Beck will shred them.

... no he won't. He may have some redeeming qualities I don't know of, but the man once said that the people in Latin America didn't speak Latin, on his radio show. The man doesn't have 2 brain cells to rub together. He's just a failure when it comes to intelligent discourse.

@lefredvoncarstein Uhh, they don't speak Latin.. Spanish, Portuguese, English, and probably a few others. I mean, I'm sure someone there speaks Latin but it's very very small scale. Do you know what Latin is, do you know where Latin America is?
