i am disappointed with the show because they are liars, the first day when they came they said they have no women and they didn't have sex for a long period of time, and the tribe didn't want to accept them because of that...but after some episodes when a child was born, a women from mark and olly's staff came to help to take care about the child and his mother, she was there at the beginning too because she is a cameraman. So yes that is bullshit men they are eating all the day McDonald's shit

I work for Travel and wanted to address the "staged" aspect of the show. In fact, we do a lot of planning and scouting ahead of time, but that does not always mean things go smoothly. many aspects are planned

take for example the initial meeting where the chief says they can't stay with them etc... would a film crew and production company really risk all that time and money to go out there right away and not have a show ? its only logical that they would send someone out first to talk to the tribe and see if they can have people stay and do a show etc... but faking it and pretending they might not be able to stay makes for "Better television"...
