I do believe that modern christianity deludes those who take it in the literal sense, following every word of the bible, but the majority of christians have faith that there is a deity/designer and that life carries on after death.
Furthermore, the principles of which the religion is based are ones that each of us should follow in our daily lives.
And discrimination is wrong when based on appearance, belief or origin. No exceptions.
The use of the phrase 'divine calling' in that context is in itself hypocritical, or at the very least paradoxical.
And if you stop and think about what this 'instrument' does, it creates people who put others before themselves. There are situations where christianity was on the whole in the wrong, but never moreso than what was deemed normal at the time. Culture defines how religion works, not the other way round. You see yourself as a messiah of some sort, you're really just ignorant.

Some people need to be discriminated against. I don't give everyone a pass.
Some people need to die. It's nature. Sometimes it's a servicxe to greater humanity. Some people 'need' to be sent down the river.
I'm an asectic so I don't cheat that way, at all, with anybody.
Stealing is bad. Christianity steals personal common sense from every individual afflicted by it.
You should consider.
