Its not fair! Everyone got to see awesome commercials in the 90's I was born in 97, so I missed these cool commercials, now everyone my age thinks Mario is for babies, because playing rated M games and watching rated R movies is the thing for 12 to 17 year olds. Even the Mario costumes are stupid, there just jump suites!!! I remember when my Grandma made me a Mario costume from blue overalls a red shirt, red hat and white gloves. She used real clothes not the shit these costumes are made of.

Well, NOW the American commercials are getting better and the Japanese, worst, but back then we had commercials that weren't so good. this was one of the few that were good. The Japanese was better because it has all these cool cartoons in them and costumes, and the American commercials didn't rally have any of that. Like for example, compare the Japanese Mario Kart 64 ad to the American one. I liked the Japanese one, but to me the american one was "eh".
