That's pretty cool. I was kind of spacing out at first and didn't find it impressive at first but then I saw the video wasn't a demonstration of any kata(?) but a drill. A very cool and useful drill. The sword's just kind of end up where they need to be for each strike and block. Very simple, very nice. Thanks for this!

The exercise is called Nagashi-ai. It's found in a couple of kenjutsu ryuha.
