to email the file, drag the file to the Mail app icon on your dock (quick way to attach file to message) or drag the attachment into the body of the message. of if you are using a web browser email program the file that you save is ready to send, click the paperclip icon in your mail program to attach when composing a message.
When you're dropping page 2 onto page 1 (or vice versa). make sure you're dropping it ON TOP OF the thumbnail of page 1. I used "Save As" so that you can give it a new name.
If you drop the second page thumbnail BELOW the other thumbnail it will not combine the two.
