Correct me if I'm wrong. But I think sweating makes you lose weight faster is a myth. I read somewhere that it shouldn't affect weight lost, otherwise humid and hot countries would only have skinny people. lol You will only lose the water weight at that moment and your body will go back to normal after a night.

shes right dont eat after 7 it really works. if ur really hungry chew gum and drink water and you'll wont feel hungry after a week i lost about 10-15lbs in a week! but never starve yourself eat a good sized lunch and breakfast :)

the only thing i can't really agree with is the apple, the exercise and the supplements you said. I don't think you should promote ONLY eating one apple a day. It is an easy way to lose weight but can be very dangerous even if you only did it for 3 days. Second, don't wear so much layers when exercising! You'll overheat and dehydrate too fast. Again, losing weight by water loss is not the way to go! You get more fat burn if you do longer cardio and weight train.
You didn't look that big before. I will try to follow your tips. Specially the one never eat after 7pm! I was just wondering how long it took to reach your goal? :)
@brenbrendada I agree with eating before 5-6. it does make a difference! it helps with digesting most your food before sleeping. also, metabolism goes down during night time! eating a light snack won't do harm, like an apple or cracker, but nothing too heavy :- )

無所謂餐單或計劃,但每餐你自然會食少dd,揀飲擇食dd,
食d咩都只不過係常識:多菜、少鹽少糖、戒零食、晚餐少澱粉,
至於運動,都有試過每朝返學前2小時起身落街跑下步,
每樣做少少,無話唔成功!加油!

@520simplelove 有試,但我對機、食藥無用呀!成日出去食的話,可以盡量揀低Gi食物(你上google search低Gi就知有咩食物),另外唔可以食得太少,因為新陳代謝會減得好慢,瘦得仲難!

1. 控制食量 & 定時
2. 有適當的運動
晚餐後不再進食都係一個重點, 特別寓夜, 零食, 睡前, 別食太多澱粉質
1磅脂肪=3500 kcal, 要將輸出>輸入 所以一定要有運動先會減到肥!~

shes right dont eat after 7 it really works. if ur really hungry chew gum and drink water and you'll wont feel hungry after a week i lost about 10-15lbs in a week! but never starve yourself eat a good sized lunch and breakfast :)

It's not good use it as a main source of vitamin/mineral. Don't get me wrong, I think these 3 points are valid but needs adjusting. Losing weight the fast weight can be satisfying but can be harmful! the only thing i can't really agree with is the apple, the exercise and the supplements you said. I don't think you should promote ONLY eating one apple a day. It is an easy way to lose weight but can be very dangerous even if you only did it for 3 days. Second, don't wear so much layers when exercising! You'll overheat and dehydrate too fast. Again, losing weight by water loss is not the way to go! You get more fat burn if you do longer cardio and weight train.

@brenbrendada I agree with eating before 5-6. it does make a difference! it helps with digesting most your food before sleeping. also, metabolism goes down during night time! eating a light snack won't do harm, like an apple or cracker, but nothing too heavy :- )
