@SilverleafPictures Quite easy to learn, provided you have basic knowledge of the piano, as the keyboard setup is the same, and if you dont, it isn't hard to find resources to learn so. It is much easier as usually only one or two notes are played at a time, more can be done, but it sounds too airy on most models.That's alright though, cause as the name indicates it is used primarily for playing the melody. GIve it a try, makes a great secondary instrument.

@RyanEllahee1 Thanks Ryan. The melodica in this video is an Angel AM32k, the tone is pretty good but because they are budget priced instruments some of the notes are not quite in tune. Coming in a little more expensive but a lot more in tune it would be worth getting a Hohner. I have one of their lowest price button melodicas and it is lovely. They make a range of models, some with buttons, some with keyboards. The best and most expensive one is called the Hohner Pianomelodica, it is hand tuned.

B/C D/D# B/C D/D# G#/G C/D# G/Gb F D# C Bb C - thats the first line.

B/C D/D# B/C D/D# G#/G D#/G C/B ( FGD#FD improvised run) - that's the next line.

The 3rd line is the same as the 1st

Start on a higher C and run down through Bb G F D# C F#F F#F F#F F#F - thats the 4th line.

Now end on a repeated phrase of D# C Bb C, sometimes hitting the first higher F in between the phrases.

@2kindsoflove This melodica is by Angel and is called the Melodyhorn AM32k. Nice sound and not too expensive but some of the notes are a little off tune. If you have the money and want a serious instrument go for the hand-tuned Hohner piano melodica. Thanks for listening.
