It's a Dodge Durango, no other vehicle looks like that. I've got photos and video of the new Gen Durangos up in flames suddenly as well, new Chargers, Magnums, 300's, PT's, pick a Chrysler any Chrysler. Great company!
Hard to believe. I never, and my extended family, never had a problem with Chrysler. Most problems are the user. Most of my family is from Wisconsin and worked at the Chrysler-Daimer plant in Kenosha during the '70s. The product was good stuff. I been around over 30 of their cars for the past +20 years and I never encountered a fire or bad product, and if something gave, I would be part of the family repair team in the yard.
@gijoedouche One was a tire. I jumped and messed up the shot so editied it out right after the first pop. the second I think was the driver's side airbag. That one is fully visible.
to be honest, you can't be firing high streams at a burning car..
a) it will just come out the other side
b) they're using water.. if there's a fuel leak, a strong stream will just fuck things up even more. 3d foam would be the best here, or 2d, applied like in this video: watch?v=Oc8AtgeGMjE
@djbiggyb Yeah, Funny. I must have got them to pull over and set the fire myself. FAIL for stupid comment! Just happened to be heading home to NYC after a long assed day of work in news and came across this. Made the 911 call so had plenty of time before the Volunteer Fire Department could get there. Gotta say they responded quickly considering how far their station is from the scene.
ya know at the point when they got there they shoulda just let it burn out i mean there was nothing left to save and it was almost done anyways so its like whatever
Yes, and not to mention Gasoline goes boom. Thats what the firefighters kept worrying about the other night while trying to put out my car fire (I have 2 videos for any interested)
American quality is fine! In the last month 4 Toyota Camrys 1992-1996 burned up completely. besides where was that Durango serviced last? Did they make sure the fuel lines were attached properly after service. Don't you dare bash American quality I've seen Japanese, German, English, Korean, Italian, and French cars burn.
a nice new york plate to have HermitousZen I have a burnt Maryland license plate from a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier that is owned by first transit supervisor for RIDE ON

@NewzmanBill Actually yeah the first one must have been shock absorber as the tire was already blown.

@gijoedouche Actually after looking again... that first one was the shock absorber. Tire was already blown at this point.

LOL, a Dodge Durango caught on fire. So much for that, they don't get good gas mileage anyways.

what a surprise, check out my videos for more info about Chrysler vehicles and see all the Chrysler and Dodge fire videos in my favorites!

Dodge has improved their vehicles. It is the GM vehicles you want to avoid now.

But this is an older Durango right here.

Can't really let it burn out. Pollution & DEP issue letting all the toxins be released into the air and ground.

Of course Imports catch fire too, it is the American made brands that catch fire the most though.
PROgoth121 3 years ago
When the person called the cops they should have reported a hot car. It's no longer a Dodge. It's a Blazer. The engine has an overheating problem.
randomvideowatcher 4 years ago 7
LOL! That was pretty good. The heat activated air bags were a little misguided though.
