It doesn't matter how much you complain or say you love Pluto, it's not a planet. Up until 2006 the term planet was never clearly defined. Now that it has been, Pluto doesn't qualify. People are going to have to live with that and move on.

In August, 2006, Pluto was downgraded to the status of a "dwarf planet" by the International Astronomical Union. This was mainly due to the discovery of another planetary object - Eris - which is actually larger than Pluto. Eris is the largest dwarf planet and Pluto the second largest. There are up to 70,000 further planetary objects in our solar system. It would be a very long song if we included them all. Thanks for your comment.
