Raven "Singing"

Anyone can think however they want about what they hear. It's their ears. I just never imagined someone would think the sound is annoying. I think it's cool, especially when you hear the other sounds they make, and think of the different purposes. It also sounds kind of tough, and a bit like I would expect from the largest of the corvids (crows, jays, magpies...) like those others on steroids.

those ravens caw are noisey then crows caw one of the crows have that megpie caw at the sametime as a regular caw and he hates ravens that he wants to eat him but he's afraid of the raven once in a while Lol but i do love crows and ravens

i perfer ravens over hawks when i go camping but when i'm at home it has to be crows!!!! i love calling crows with my crow call infact next summer when i go camping i'm calling the crows if i see a raven or a hawk so they can help scare that raven and that hawk away

conebaby: Heh. I've noticed that a lot of corvid fans tend to be really, REALLY misanthropic and antisocial.

The people commenting on this video are like that ... Though I've seen one guy (LaughingCrows) make claims that all the accomplishments and abilities of mankind are meaningless next to the intelligence of a crow.

Oh, and I love it when they tell fans of other birds that they need to take up an interest in "real" birds like crows or ravens. Talk about inanity!

@ThInTrM yeah, even being a corvid fan myself I do see some of those qualities in me, but when those kind of corvid fans say shit like that it pisses me off. Seriously , even as smart as ravens are, the intelligence of even a dumb human is way more interesting.

your lucky then.. one you have enough food to be that waistful and your lucky the skunks aren't doing the job of cleaning it up.. two they would hire people to look through your garbage quietly cause they'd be doing it with a malicious intention. three politicians do yell in front of most peoples houses but in a different language of signs. Four Ravens are like natures newspapers telling ALL the animals what's going on, they're so important! You're lucky to have them as a neighbor.

1. Ravens didn't clean up any of my food, as I dispose of it properly: disposal, compost, or garbage.

2. There are no skunks in Alaska.

3. "They" haven't hired anyone to go through my garbage, but the ravens have done it for free many times, making a huge mess.
