i'm impressed bro. this swap has been before but not as much as people think. all the "haterz" want to hate cause there still walkin' & catchin' the bus to and from school & work. thats a haters job, to hate others they u got somethin' they don't! thats how u know ur doin' somethin' right!!! hell "ricers" are swapin' the LS1 into their civic's, accords etc. i've worked & built cars for over five years. remember "IT'Z NOT WHAT U BUY, IT'Z HOW U BUILD IT" keep up tha good work! one....

well the eng.. was done in jan of 07, where have you seen them b4 i know of some people who have done this swap but not in a 99 sunfire, and none were an auto trans. The guy that helped me is the first to do this swap into a cav! He has vids on here too (3800 cavalier) he is raven3800t

Well maybe not a Sunfire, but I'm sure it's been dones as well, but lot's of Cav's, and what's the difference between them besides sheetmetal? It's not anything new by any means. And I have seen a couple of Auto Trans swaps. Just because no one has posted it on the internet doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

are you sure the sunfires 5 speed trany can hold up to 3800 supercharged engine with out being modded.

I used an automatic trans out of a 2002 sunfire, because noone has used an auto before so i wanted to to be different! Thanks man!!!
