Not other opening for aiming. And the wepons were fitted with scopes! For what? And why didn't the SWAT used the explosives to cut the tracks or simly to cut the hydraulic hoses to plow's cylinders? If you watch the live helicopter coverage it says that due to a narrow line of vision he had his sites on the propane plant, but instead decided to go elsewhere. It could very well be that he saw the people evacuating and left. But he did not take out the propane plant. I don't rightly see any other reason for it.

This guy didn't kill anyone. What he did was destroy property, and illegitimate concept to begin with, and a source of greed and corruption. By destroying what destroyed him, he earned respect, and made his point. If he were to simply kill everyone, he would lose his chance of making his point, and would simply be exacting psychotic vengeance on the world.
Look up the Weather Underground, for more on property destruction as a legitimate form of protest.

If you watch the live helicopter coverage it says that due to a narrow line of vision he had his sites on the propane plant, but instead decided to go elsewhere. It could very well be that he saw the people evacuating and left. But he did not take out the propane plant. I don't rightly see any other reason for it.
