this band are great. Sure, this wacken show is bad with band sound, no theatrical costumes, but who gives a fuck? their albums are masterpieces with epic symphonic music and amazing lyrics about conspiracy theories, ancient civilisations, etc. So they dont dress like fags in frilly shirts and mascara? thank fuck for that.
There are way better Bal Sagoth gigs than this on youtube. The sound here is terrible, there are no vocal effects like on the albums, the guitar sound is too thin, and the keyboards are too low. Their other shows Ive seen are much better.

Love this album and song, but WTF is the singer DOING?? I've never liked the vocalist (the production and effects barely save him on the album), but JTFC. He's not even singing the lyrics more than half the time. Take a fuckin break on the space rpg's, clear your throat, and give a shit about your band.

Cool, is this from the wacken DVD? Mindrawl already posted the full unedited versions of the Wacken set. I still like it better when they wear their theatrical gear and warpaint tho, but fuck yeah, Bal Sagoth rule!

I love this song, but the sound here is horrible.
Cant hear the keyboards which are pretty dominant in the album and the vocalist sounds like shit.
And yes, a band is measured in its live performance, where the sound technition cant fix all the fuckups

I much prefer this band's live videos from Finland, where they dress up in costumes and facepaint. Seems to suit the whole concept much better.
