Nope - if you're talking 120bhp Rover engined S2 then there will be little or no difference. Theoretically the S1 is lighter, but not so you'd notice.

Nice video. As an S1 owner myself, I just wondered what mods you have on yours, because it seemed to keep up with 111S on the straights. Sounds like you changed induction/ exhaust... anything else?

Sure - ported head, VVC inlet plenum, 52mm throttle body, Hurricane, 4-2-1 manifold and thats about it! i was pretty pleased it kept up with the S2!
