I heard you get those only on the second play through, but I could be wrong. But it's the gray haired waitress that's right in front of the door after finding the rappigs. They're not hard to find them all.
You must have finished the Rappig Hunt Event with Emperor Peony. Then you have to the Keterberg Hotel, there is now a spa open, speak to the front dest, and every will recieve new titles that changes them into swimwear.
When Guy recovered from the fall Anise asked Guy if he touched the BREASTS!!! excatly. Guy had to answer and said yes. Anise asked whose was bigger. Guy really had to answer and said it was Tear's that were bigger. Anise said she doesn't stand a chance of big BREASTS!!! Guy then accidentally answered "YEAh you dont have any" Afterwards Guy received the Naughty Devil Title.
When Guy was just walking Luke and Jade followed him and when Guy got closer to the girls Luke kicked Guy making Guy touch the BREASTS!!!! of both Natalia and Tear. Guy almost pulled both their swimsuits lose too.
lol i would like to know that too! ^^ my raw guess tho would be maybe we're allowed to get those scenes once all our party members obtain whatever 'title' they need to obtain their water uniforms/suits? thats my guess :P hope I get to see this as well lol ^^

So while Guy was walking pass the girls, Luke kicked him and he touched one of the girls (I think it's Natalia). Then after they settled down and Natalia asked that which one of them has the bigger rack; so Guy, without knowing the consquences, said Tear. Anise then said that that would be impossible for her, The girls got angry to Guy started shaking again. And uh... that's it.
I don't have the time right now, but I might post a summary of what they are saying in the 2nd scene (the really funny one) later if I have the time, but lets just say that thanks to Luke and Jade it involved Guy accidentally touching something he shouldn't have... :D
