  • you yanks are so fucked and i hate to say it but i think its to late for you to do anything now LOL

  • Bahahaha! Yeah, lobbying IS a fundamentally essential thing; it allows for people to interact with the legislators. But why the hell do we think it's okay for lobbyists to give huge-ass contributions? That changes the game entirely, from advocacy of positions to manipulation of the political system. Not to mention careers.

  • This video says it all....

  • LOL GOOD MORNING AMERICA AND WELCOME TO FACISM!

THERE ARE NO ELECTIONS...JUST SELECTIONS AND HILLARY ALREADY WON!

if you need proof just look up how related the presidents are and then you'll see that out of 301,139,947 Americans they are all sticking to the same family and friends (ELIETISTS)

  • I agree...the Presidental families cant just be "coincidence". Only if people would just wake up and see they are ALL working for the same agenda! Good luck to you all when Hillary becomes Mrs. President :(

  • wow, and she has twice the lobby money as any other democratic candidate - almost twice the amount as any republican too.

  • Not true at all.

Obama is an extremely close 2nd when it comes to lobbyist and PAC campaign contributions.

opensecrets(dot)org has the scoop. Go read up, and you'll realize that it is only Edwards who hasn't accepted any of these corporate bribes.

  • thats where i get my information from -

    LOBBYIST MONEY

    clinton 567,950

    Obama 76,859

    edwards 18,900

    PAC contributions

    clinton 748,052

    obama 6,775

    edwards 20

not even near close. edwards is the cleanest, thats why i'm for him - he's the lesser of 3 evils.

  • boy she jumped all over that one that one

  • lmao yeah she did

  • dec. 16 2007 is the next MONEY BOMB day for Ron Paul.

it's the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party.

  • We need to get it ALL paid for by the FCC. They should be required by law to give free time, at intervals the year before any national election, and that would BE IT! The candidates would simply stand up and state their individual positions on the issues clearly and succinctly without parsing. No commercials (by law), no polls(by law). Please view searchword wilburjr-thanks.

  • WOW! I can't believe it. she was honest for the first time in her Political career!

    I'm blown away.

  • She'd take money from Osama himself.

  • Could you be any more lame?

  • lobbyists aren't always bad...

do some research before you blindly accept what's in a youtube video

  • Which is true.

Teachers lobby, Nurses lobby, UAW lobby, a lot of unions and other good natured organizations have lobbies.

  • Thank you!

  • Why does Hillary start shouting at everybody when she gets a question she doesn't like or doesn't want to answer? She comes across as angry and defensive! Just answer the question, Hillary, just answer the question!

  • Because she's probably sick of hearing the spun-out meme that all lobbies are evil, which isn't true. But, it's been so spun by pundits, MSM, and people who don't understand what lobbyists are, that you have to yell and scream to get your point across.

  • You guys rock.

  • What does money and representing have to do with each other?

    Group A gives you money.

    Group B doesn't.

    You represent group A.

    Why not represnet both groups?

Just because group B can't pay you your not going to represent them in government?

I thought lobbyist used words and data to try to swing opinions not cold hard wads of cash. Corperations often give away large amounts of money for no reason right? At least get a nascar pant suit so we can see your sponsers.

  • Give Ron Paul a chance.

He i9s a good man, with good intentions, and loyalties to no one except the American people.

    God bless America.

  • What a bitch.

  • I'll bet that Edwards is taking money from shell corporations and "individual citizens" that are tied to powerful lobbyists. No proof yet, just a safe bet. It'll be funny to see how all this pans out. The Dems are so corrupt and tied to dirty money that this ad will be a good tool for the Pubbies. Not that they are immune from lobby money either.

  • When Edwards was running for VP with Kerry I thought he was the right choice then. Now his negativity has turned me off completely.I am not impressed with his attacks, I want him impress upon me what he will do for us in contrast to what we've gotten from Bush. Edwards sounds soooo desparate.

  • The primaries will tell the real story. Hillary will not win. The polls dont show that 80% of America is undecided.

  • The above comments are sad and in my opinion, misguided. John Edwards has to potential to make an excellent president of the United States of America. He has a detailed grasp of policy and an advocates zeal. Edwards 2008.

  • *SIGH**!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Mike Gravel>Edwards

  • Ugh. The Repukes posting here are absolutely right - these ads will be used against Hillary when she is the nominee. I wish we could have a better nominee, such as Edwards or Kucinich, but that doesn't seem likely.

Oh well. I still can't oppose this. Hillary sucks as a Democrat and she has this coming.

  • amen.....i think theres people that are better to represent the democrats

  • Maybe you can run Chavez/Penn

  • what....sorry for asking

  • edit:who's that

  • How can anyone support a man who made his fortune suing OB/GYNs out of business, "channeling" dead fetuses in the court room, making millions and millions of dollars off our health care system?

  • hah....

  • Well, the Faggot (as ann Coulter refers to the Breck Girl) has unwittingly helped the GOP. Since its evident not even this sort of commercial is going to help hsi sinking campaign, the GOP might as well use it!

    Thanks, Faggot!

  • Edwards would make a great running mate for Hillary then, cuz it would be the All-Gay ticket?

  • Lols. Nice job, John!

  • Democrats: Party of the Rich.

  • luv dat blu Danube

  • that video was in ya face, Hillary(ious)!

  • Keep hammering it home, John! I'm beginning to have hope that we will not be stuck with 'the annointed one'.

I'm a Kucinich supporter, but at this point I'm pulling for any of the other Dem candidates who can take out Hillary, particuarly since I saw her policy paper espousing the same social security scam that the republicans were trying to force down our throats.

  • well they do don't they. They are representatives of labor unions, etc.

  • Corporate lobbyists representing Big Oil, Big Auto, Big Wars, Big Insurance - are Hillary's friends.

  • I guess Hillary never heard of Abramoff, or however you spell his name.

  • Hillary Clinton: for true universal health care before lobbyists paid her to be against it.

  • Oh, snap

  • Princess Hillary of the Clinton dynasty doesn't care what we think. She believes this presidency is owed to her.

She doesn't represent me... she represents Exxon, Walmart, etc.

  • stop hillary from distracting the conversation.

lobbyists are devastating this country. it doesn't matter if you're a republican or democrat. if we don't reduce the power of LOBBYISTS, we have no real democracy.

  • hoovuhest,

just as you said LOBBYISTS are the true enemy of democracy. Well said. Jan

  • Hillary has core values - no lobbyist left behind

  • Well, at least she's unequivocal about ONE thing!

  • Yes, she loves her lobbyist money doesn't she?Jan
