@MrLotineGuy Thanks for your thoughts. Property Investment should only be viewed as a long term investment. The property crash happened a few years ago and now we are on the next stage of the cycle which is stagnation and low growth. However property values have historically doubled on average every ten years, so if you take a longer term view you will do well.

Property investment isn't for everyone but people do need to take some financial action as the pension crisis is real and will only get worse.
