  • @TheCoockieMonster19 yes you can do this workout. All workouts with bodyweight is ok to do. Its the dead lifts and stuffs like military presses that you shouldnt do before your 16 ;)

  • @sixpackshortcuts I do stretches before and after so it can warm up muscles and reduce injury. Your workouts are good, m100 is good. I do m100 and one other of your workout as well randomly 5 times a week. I'm close to my 6pack :O Been doing your workout for a month recently so i nearly got it... Didn't take much time :P... very effective. I suggest you make a video on the importance of stretching?

  • I added this to my workout session which is composed of a number of your videos. I gained weight and fat around my waist and love handles... I am shooting for major results in 14 days. I plan on working out twice a day starting today and hope to see results soon. Want to break into the new year feeling great. I use to be a active Triathlete, my training mentality was never like this, and results took months to achive. If there is anything you can recommend mike. I am open to instruction.
