This is a well publicized case where Tibetan monks dressed up as Chinese soldiers and made fake videos for propaganda.

They are Tibetans fighting a losing battle - they need to lay down their arms, stop burning schools and hospitals and mosques and start talks again withe the CCP.

Lets believe your stated view here. Then the more important question is: Why the need for police to play monks, laughable if you regard monks highly. The obvious answer is that there are not enough monks in Tibet as China strictly restricts the number of monks in the monasteries and that too with heavy handed surveillance of their daily practice. Also, the available monks would not participate in Chinese made movies or propaganda videos unless they are forced as they still have some dignity left

You honestly think the Dalai Lama ran around gouging out peoples eyes? China has said that he had officially held slaves and even ordered executions. But he was only 15 when he obtained spiritual and temporal power. They did this 3 years ahead of schedule due to the invasion. Then he spent the next 9 years trying to negotiate with the Chinese and spent a lot of his time pleading Tibets case to places like India. I don't see how he would of had time to run around gouging eyes and beating slaves.

For crying out loud Feudalism would not even work in Tibet, its based on land cultivation and the growing season in Tibet is only about 3 months, thats why they grow barley because it grows faster.
