I am not saying that guy represents good WC but if you want to see a guy use WC in MMA look at the technique Ben Saunders vs Matt Lee Bellator 39.you will see neck pulling hand, bong dar, lan sau, gwai jyeung, ngoi sut, pak dar, jing gyuek, fung gyuek, and Matt Lee was clobbered!

@ZGVchris actually there is quite a bit. In the first fight the guy in red gear may not be in stance but the heel kick at 01:17 is textbook, at 01:28 he uses step punch and kick as well as chain punching, his kick blocks also seem heavily wing chun influenced.
