Just leave it alone...

And dont breath on it, it angers them, the best idea to get them out of there shell (which if they like chilling in there shell, they'll usually pinch you if they come out) is just place them on the palm of your hand and wait, the heat from the palm of your hand will eventually get them to come out,

Crab out of there shell just let them do there thing also here is some tips!!!

When hermit is naked ((out of its shell) how to get him back in his shell is clean him with water UNCHLORINATED water K tap water has chlorine. thats how you bathe a crab and you put him a bowl and his shell alone let him alone andd he will come back in his shell !!!!
