I love this cut. I have it on my copy of Saint-Germain des-Pres Cafe Vol. 5. It's so wonderful when the sweeping strings kick in at 4:13 and the tempo appears to speed up. The strings there remind me so much of the legendary Les Baxter's piece from the 60's, "Tropicando". You can listen to that instrumental on the album "DJ-Kicks" by Thievery Corp. They just stole a bunch of tracks and put them on a CD.
