I love how jalen rose was hypin him up in that post finals interview lol. he definitely was right to remind him about the long journey it took to get that championship. I'm so glad he was apart of my team that year. he hit that clutch shot to send it to overtime in game 3, without that we would've never won that finals. much respect to you glove.

My favorite player of all-time...one of the 5 best PGs of all-time...and definitely one of the most underrated players ever...only man in NBA history with 20,000 points 8,000 assists 5,000 rebounds and 2,000 steals...9 straight defensive teams, 8 straight all-NBA teams, 8 straight all defensive first teams, only PG to win defensive player of the year...its well past time for The Glove to get his due

When I think about what a great team Miami had in 2006, I start thinking if it was one of the best teams of all time. The only thing that was a setback was that they were a one time championship caliber team because of the mix of future stars and legendary players. Man do I love GP!

he was getting older, the sonics traded him when he had the most value. at the time I was really upset, but it was a good trade for the Sonics and GP eventually went on to win a championship in Miami
