Why do you use SO many different ingredients ?? I'm not really sure they can all match together.I would have gone easy on ingredients : Carrot julienne, cherry tomato halves, sliced red onions, chives flowers, garden fresh green peas, seasoning and a little dry white wine (e.g., Muscadet). Bon appétit !
@Glunddra I use ingredients that my family and I enjoy. If you watch the video I do say that it isn't about "what" you add but the technique of steaming the fish in the foil on the BBQ. Some people can't use wine or hate peas. It's all about personal preference. You can add whatever you like. Thanks for watching.
I see you also have 2 luscious melons that weren't used in the recipe. Boy I can sure think of a few ways to kill 12 minutes with you while the fish cooks.. Sorry for the perversion but learning some recipes and an attractive women kinda distracts me. If it matters I'm 28 yrs old also and I would love to cook with you Sugar -=)
@mixwell1983 Pretty funny. Yes there are no melons used in this recipe but I do have a lovely salad on my website that requires watermelon and feta cheese. LOL!!
@CookingwithSugarTV - Hope you had a nice New Year also. I tried this method with a cod fillet and some lemon pepper, salt and a slice of lemon in a foil pack. 12 minutes later and it was perfect. I made brown rice and poured the juices from the fish in and it was great. I was shocked at how mild of a fish taste that cod has VS other fish like salmon. I now have a new recipe under my cooking belt -=)
@TheGodFatherBlasta I do have another tilapia recipe. Baked/broiled tilapia that takes literally 10 minutes to prepare. Will get a video of that done in the next few weeks! Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I did not realize that I was not set to receive alerts. oops! :)
