Fuck muscle tech products, their prices are higher than my montly gym tuitions fuck that, just bought some dymatize creatine, it was fucking cheap 100 servings of 5gms of monohydrate, fuck cell tech and all that shit, recipe to cell tech, get a bowl add 25 % creatine and 75% sugar there u go..ur paying for fucking sugar..

@DJFLUKEY If you are looking for a total solution that is moderately priced, Monster Milk is a good product! (Not Muscle Milk). It has 3 grams of a quality creatine; it has a great representation of amino acids in peptide form for quicker absorption; ample Glutamine and a very good protein. Its pricier than protein, but is cheaper than buying creatine, BCAAs and protein separately. I have tried it and got quality result. Great tasting as well. It would be cool if the twins reviewed it.

It has Kre-Alkalyn creatine that is Ph buffered which is the purest and best creatine-period, and coupled with Karbo-Lyn in Shockwave it gets in your muscles efficiently/fast. It has anti-oxidants to combat free radicals that come from lifting; it has great BCAAs; HMB; 0g sugar. BUT IT MUST be taken WITH a protein. I trust this brand and Cytosport made in NSF/GMP registered facilities.

Okay first, DID YOU TRY IT? Sounds like you just read a label and now critical! Second, IT IS NOT MEANT to be a protein drink!!!! Duh!! It is a complement to a protein shake. Which makes your point on its price very important-why pay for both? I have used the product and it is quite effective. For an amateur its too expensive and there are better alternatives. If you work out twice a day, its an excellent post 2nd workout option. If you haven't tried it, can give pros, cons and option then STFU!

READING THE LABEL is the first thing any smart consumer should do when looking at supplements. the supplement companies love kids like you. this product is complete garbage. you're getting a scoop that consists of mostly crappy simple-sugar carbs, underdosed aminos, and some other crap. there's nothing good about this product, and it isin't effective in the least. don't want to come off as a dick, but dude, please... educate yourself
