hmm...the helper here cannot be Prophet Muhammed here because Jesus is telling his disciples not to be afraid because they might get persecuted if Jesus gets persecuted. So the helper should be someone present when the disciples are alive to confront their fear of persecution. So it must have been the Holy Spirit. In the bible it says that the disciples were afraid after Jesus got persecuted but got courage to preach the gospel when the Holy Spirit from God helped them.

This is possible because Jesus' blood weighs so much more than the blood of any one man because he is God. Illustratively, Jesus' blood is like a giant gold nugget while the blood of a man is like a copper penny. Humans have fault but if he's able to tell that we love Him (through our life choices), then he'll accept us in Heaven.
