I read the pdf. Sounds good but you IMHO you can just do a quick read of it and use it. I really think it could have been condensed into an appendix in d20 Cthulhu and that's that.
@whalerofthestars I got one on Amazon for about £30. It was an edition that had the CoC d20 equivalent of the stats alongside the regular ones. Apart from that, it's identical. But it means it's less of a collector's item, and therefore it was cheaper.
@t3dobber you'll propably will need the Cthulhu sourcebook for Character creation and mechanics, well, and the Delta Green book of course (since you don't really need the DG Book, if you want to drag the mythos into the 90s by your selves - the Cthulhu sourcebook already includes weaponry and skills for modern day, also it contains character sheets)
