I think that Nina character was trying to make Dot feel as uncomfortable as she could e.g., by telling her how she sleeps with her dad, biting on her finger and telling her plans to kill her dad but if she really was trying to get a reaction outta Dot, Nina shuda just walked up to Dot and started a cat fight with her to the point where Dot yells out “would you please stop pummeling me your punches hurt!”

This AWKWARD monologue is just one of the many reasons I found this movie so hilariously bad! Say you are this really popular girl in school and you just happened to have an ADOPTED SISTER who is extremely disliked (she is often described by others in the film as "ugly" "weird", etc). Why would you, in a public place no less (like say, the middle of a crowded school lunchroom), suggestively whisper in her ear and bite on her finger? How would that fly in real life?

I really don't get the thing going on between Nina and her dad. She seems to like the relationship she has with her dad, yet she is also pretty emotionally disturbed by it. When she is with her dad it seems like she loves the things he does to her, but when he isn't around she kind of hates him. I think she may be like one of those people who have this disgusting relationship that they really hate, but they never leave it or do anything about it.
