Irish Embassy in your homcountry and ask them about the conditions.

Probably they will be quite strict condtions, because Ireland is attractive.

haha.. funny. but most of those myths may have started with a real reason. there may have been some sort of an animal that created the idea of the 'dragon'. we know Dinasaures exisited, and there and some remains and carcusses found that may look similar to dragons.
