A lot of "death metal" nowadays is just nonesense like grindcore and people wanting to call grindcore "slam death metal" when I look at death metal I look at bands like Aeon, Bloodbath, Diskreet, Ignite The Ibex... the list goes on!

Honestly this sort of "Speed Death (for lack of a better term)" isn't something I typically like. I've heard so many no name groups that are just making the same noise as a thousand other bands with no musical talent. But while I wouldn't say this is the best I have to admit there's clearly some skill that seperates these guys from the rest, definitely going to check out more. It's always fun to find something you like in a place you typically wouldn't expect it.
