  • Nonjohn is THE BEST Boogie Woogie player that I have seen on YouTube. He should be crowned the modern-day King of Boogie Woogie. Dont take my word for it. Compare him to anything else out there. His Boogie Woogie exhibits a complexity in a class by itself. A good Boogie Woogie player can sound like two people playing at the same time, yet Nonjohn sounds like FOUR people playing at the same time! His "Both Hands Like the Devil" at his Nonjohn website is another example of what I mean. LOVE IT!

  • F**'n wicked left hand!! Superb boogie. Alternate tuning reminds me a bit of Isao Tomita. I've heard "Both Hands Like the Devil" at your site. It would be great to see you perform it here on youtube, too! Thanks for sharing this! Look forward to hearing/seeing more from you. Hurry!
