@eatthatmeatball We couldn't use 100% of our brain, alot of our brain's function is used to do all the required things we never have to think about, like keeping our heart beating. To change this would mean transhumanism, and we'd have to essentially be cyborgs.

I don't think the science is there yet to alter these traits individually. The closet we can come is eugenics (selective breeding), which is what Hitler was doing, but isn't necessarily a bad thing on it's own.
