For example, look very closely at Blacks in Urban America. Everym time we try to form a close-knit community (like the Asians, Like the Hispanics) who shows up? Who has to MAKE SURE they have at least one-foot in OUR CIRCLE?? White people. It is really a stealth movement in confusing the meaning of "A Black Neighborhood"
