2:30 rocket man = nice! 2:45 variated flag, awesome, with the following solid brass monkey mount right from that at 3:03. 3:42- so perfect!! That drop to the ground was stomach turning, you are great!! That move at 6 mins is my daughters favorite to practice, I cannot even think about it, let alone try it!!

Well that was not bad in fact looked very strong to me,chinese pole is so hard at the end of the day they use rubber poles that are a lot think and grippy so you did great well done:)

I have some Chinese Pole vids in my faves-absolutely awe inspiring! When they do a fall-omg, for anyone who hasn't looked at Chinese Pole vids-please do! Ya know, Shelly-you have come so far since last year-and pretty damn quick, I might add! I'm sure you'll master a few Chinese Pole tricks in no time:)

I KNOW and they flip back and forth from one pole to the next...holy S&IT is all i can think of when watchin them. it was definately a very hard challenge, BUT it did give me the inspiration to check out the vids, and if im ever bored, thats a great way to spend some time with my jaw on the floor, lol. thanks mombuck for all ur sweet words! gotto get ready for the portrait studio now..tis the season to go broke, falalalala lalalala:)
