I love, Love, LOVE A-ha! Ever since I bought their first album in 1985. They are such gifted songwriters, and Morten Harket has the most beautiful, most glorious voice of any male pop singer. With the passing of time their music (and Morten's voice) gets only better. I wish Pal, Magne, and Morten a lifetime of happiness, success, and blessings. EPK stands for Electronic Press Kit - these days, a bit of an old fashioned term, but the acronym still describes a ready made bit of video syndicated/available to promote an album or a movie.

They range from highly polished like this one, to a very crude sequence of clips which a video editor will work with and make it presentable, as if it were filmed and created especially for that programme. E.g. Sometimes they have interview questions written onscreen followed by the answer by the artist - the editor can then cut in a shot of any interviewer asking that question as if they were sitting together in the same studio chatting.

Keep an eye out on film review TV shows and if you look carefully you will see that often the interviews are not as exclusive as they might first seem!

How lovely to hear Pal talking at some length about the music and the creative process etc. Really interesting and absolutely the important thing about this fabulous band. Makes a welcome and substative change from Morten's pseudo-intellectual commentary and faux-existential soundbites - usual hogging of the interviews etc. Incredible voice but realy needs to just concentrate on singing with it :)
