Theres not much difference between Nnoitra and Grimmjow. Nnoitra thinks its honorable and respectable to treat everyone equally and kill them the same way. Grimmjow will forever have regrets in his mind if he kills someone unfairly, not for remorse but for his own pride. Both have fighting philosophies but both are bad. but they are hollows so its not their faults. Grimmjow doesnt mind slaughtering anyone with small spiritual pressure, and neither does Nnoitra. I dont see much difference.
