Okay I have a tiny question based on some comments I have seen. Step in the name of life a ministry? I thought it was just an alternative class to the traditional exercise classes that encourages people to get up and exercise and get healthy in a fun way that keeps them coming back.

I have begun teaching this dance, but with MAJOR modification. I rock back and forth for a count of 8 instead of "breakin it down". Something is wrong when you break it down while the music is uplifting God. Is retaping this dance a possibility?

The symbol on the tshirts is the Step In The Name Of Life Logo. Step and In The Name Of Life is on the Ankh symbol. The Ankh symbol universally is known to stand for LIFE. This life is everyone helping each other live a longer and healthier life. Hope this helps explain the logo.

If i may also postulate that as well as life this symbol is also The ancient Egyptian god staff ankh, meaning also reproduction and sexual union. Being associated with so many pagan gods, including hathor-Egyption, Venus, Inanna, Ischtar, Astarte, and Aphrodite-Greek (all idols) I would exercise caution when reproducing this in association with anything to do with Jesus Christ.

I really love that there danceing for God but the symbol they use to represent themselves is not a cross. It is round on top because it represents a circle. This symbol (not cross)stands for men and woman being God,( a full 360 degress all around , men and woman) Man and woman being god. Please heed to this . First of all I am a Christian and not religious, there is a difference. There is nothing wrong with dancing to praise God, but there is a respectful way of doing so. I teach a praise team at my church and sometimes the children get carried away and I have to correct them or what is and is not appropriate. If you read my previous comment, I did not blame the you lady I blamed the adult instructor.
