About that radiation in Japan thing -I'd start taking iodine supplements (I've found Idoral 12.5 mg ea is good) but anything similar is good too.. I've been doing the 4 tabs per day for 2 months now and WOW I feel way better. Apparently we now know we need more iodine than we used to think. I'm gonna drop down to 12.5mg a day soon here. I have more energy (I don't know why) and my hair is growing in thick now and I'm thinking I must've been getting radiation somehow? You do what you want.
