I lost 30 lbs in 2011 after cutting out sugar (initially) then trying 2 keep my consumption under 15 grams/day. However, Halloween came & I'm back 2 my old sugar binging habits! (And gaining lbs again!) Gotta get RID of it FOR GOOD this time! Makes my body hurt, skin break out, energy sucks, etc. Sugar is EVIL! Check out Jorge Cruise's work (The Belly Fat Cure). thankyou, It's my birthday tommw and theres gunna be cake but starting tommorow I am going to cut sugar from syrups, sweeteners, cakes, etc out and see how this effects my body. I'm hoping i really do feel and see a change in my body. Because I've already lost alot but I want to be healthy and be the BEST i can be.
@MrMaryJanes Actually, cells run on GLUCOSE, not on SUGAR. SUGAR means simple carbohydrate. Glucose is used by cells to convert to ATP ( bio-energy for cellular life ). What I mean is for example, dextrose is a form of sugar ( corn sugar ) and the cells dont feed off dextrose, which is a sugar. It feeds on glucose. Thats my point.
''It's hard''.............. help, I do so good all day, I eat all the health stuff in the day... at night I start craving sweets or chips and I won't rest until I eat it... help...
I bought the Stevia but it has a nasty after taste.

Sugar from fruit is safe and it doesn't make you gain weight. :) ...its the processed sugar that's really really bad.
