not about training for olympic wieghtlifting, no.. but I'm a physiotherapist working with core stability. this chick is destabilising her myofascial system doing these excercises. maybe she will have good results in weightlifting, maybe.. but one thing I know for sure - she's gonna have helluva problems with her spine and hypertension in the muscles in the future. good luck then!! lol
Another useless PT who doesn't understand anything about exercise physiology. Why don't you try these exercises and find out what muscles are involved?

looks good except when she snatches the kettlebell she slams it on her wrist instead of pulling it into the rack posistion

it has a SHITLOAD to do with core. try doing that with no abs, you wouldn't be able to do it
