Mega Man 2,9 and 3 are the best in the series, while 1 and 4 are ok....while 5-8 are terrible(when it comes to mm standards)
also, i feel that the mega buster ruined the series, it made using bosses weapons feel almost useless at times....but i do love the slide, hopefully mega man 10 brings it back

This game gets a 9.5 from me personally. Great level design awsome gameplay with actual challage. Something you don't see anymore. The retro 8 bit graphics are a class act. This is what really HARDCORE is about!!!

It sucks, Capcom of Europe are unreliable. They say the release date is end of september on their site but half of the description is from MM:PU. If it's up to them it might take weeks before it comes out here.
I couldn't wait for them so I installed the homebrew channel, regionchanger and menuloader on my wii to temporary change it to a US machine. So I downloaded it from the US store a few minutes after it's release.
What, five years ago, would have been called "outdated", is now being called "retro". A bit ironic, but it's nice to see that quality games in the vein of classic Mega Man can once again succeed. At last, no more crappy "Mega Man Zero" or "Mega Man ZX" games! No more wasting time exploring and navigating instead of good old-fashioned platforming and shooting.
Megaman Zero was fun. Insanely and sometimes completely unneeded difficulty, but fun. It was ZX, to me, that drove the nail in the coffin. Zero, for the first time in Megaman history, had a decent plot to go along with the game, and then they screw it up with the ZX shit.
YES!!! This is a victory not only for old school gamers, but for Capcom for pulling this off!! Hat's off for those guys for sacrifing graphics for gameplay. Congrats Capcom!!! You deserve to be Gaming Company of the Year!!!
