Yeah this happens a lot to people luckily i have another tutorial on how to change the colour. Go to my videos and its one of my very first.. the thumbnail will be an aston martin. This will defiantly work but will take more effort and time :)

theres is a ink drop icon in the replace coulor drop box, it looks like the normal dropper but with a - sign, on the image you are changeing the colour you click on where not to change with this - dropper and it will leave colours unchanged :)
