The constitution says you dont have rights if you arent a citizen of the U.S. the courts are under the constitution as well. even in a civil case, the state of georgia will win, because its citizens rights are being violated by, which is the duty of the courts to protect and maintain the rights of the individual. if you arent a citizen, these rights DO NOT APPLY TO YOU. @RBHchaos I was not born here but do pay taxes in the US; lots of tax money, much more than most Americans. I did not come here 100% legally but with small adjustment by marriage everything is polished and smoothed. There is nothing better than combining the smell of profit in early morning with love of your life. BTW, you are right in a way, but the life is more complicated than that. I don't want to bring racism into this story but the law is wrong. The states that complain about illegals don't have high number of them in comparing to CA. CA welcomed illegals and takes a good care of them. In return, they provide necessary hard labor plus they have great family values which helps any community. So, ask yourself why CA is the richest state, one of the richest regions in the world, place where people are very happy and they are not racists; they are very friendly to everyone.
