Cool Idea. We have been making BBQ in the Alton Brown smoker for 2 years--the flower pot smoker. Is there any concern that there could be chemicals in the cardboard..glues, etc that could be imparted in the meat? I think it is a really neat idea and I like the idea of having a disposible/recyclable smoker..
