Hi Dieselx08. Thanks for the comment. It's always good to get feed back. The clips were a mixture of video odds and ends I had collected which include Jennycliff near Plymouth and Roscoff in Brittany. So were you in one or the other locations?
Hi! Thank you for the comments. It's a long process but each instrument converted from midi to wav I lay down on a video editor - Magix Movie Edit Pro. It has multi track facilities and lots of gismos besides. I wish I was as talented as to be able to play all the instruments. Actually, I'm a bit of a multi-media geek and it allows me to compose using a midi interface.
Very nice! So did you play all the instruments yourself and mix them together? What kind of tracker did you use for it? I hope you post more soon! I love it! :)
Thank you so much. It was an experiment; make it up as I recorded it and then work out an accompaniment. Other than the not-so-hot whistling, it sounded OK. The video was a mish-mash of bits and pieces I had from other occasions. Being the creator, one never sees it as others see it unless it lays forgotten for a long time and be pleasantly surprised when it is unearthed again.
Yes indeed. I made it up as I went along as I recorded it to a click track.warts and all. I wrote the midi tune (cello) to accompany it by playing each little bit at a time and correcting as I went along. I added the accompaniment and experimented with the pipes. Thanks for your comments.
Lovely.
