Very good! It's the first Ludovico Einaudi's song I tried to play some years ago, and it's very difficult where the melody became fast.

woo I play this too :D but i struggle on the bit where your left hand plays 3/4 and the right plays 4/4 :S it's rather difficult that bit XD

I can do all the rest good but that 3/4, 4/4 bit really stumps me!

Try doing the rhythm by repeating "nice cup of tea" in your head when you play each note. I found that if I did this really slowly, I eventually worked out where each note should go and managed to get it up to speed quite quickly. Good luck! :)

i can also play this but i think that your technique is fantastic especially on the faster parts towards the end. This is a great tune and you have played this very well!

You have an excellent technique which emphasises all the right notes, especially in the fast parts. It was played throughout at a good tempo without sounding blurred. Overall - emotional and very nicely done.

For other people trying to play like this remember it is not just technique which makes the peice effective; the piano's weighting, tune and make are major factors in the end result. Unless you have a very good instrument, electrics are a good idea.

Mean thing about this is, that the piece is not very hard to play until it comes to that very fast part, where I nearly got crazy by reading the sheets and listening to the cd at the same time.

I am a huge fan of Einaudi and very familiar with his work. Listening to this, I almost thought it was a "mime"! If you are, indeed, playing this for real, then I am VERY impressed! This rendition is almost note-perfect. If you are not earning a living playing the piano,maybe you should consider it! EXCELLENT!!

i ove this piece so much! ive just got the music for it in a book called Le onde with loads of really nice pieces in it. im constantly at my piano now -- even at 2 in the morning yesterday when i couldnt sleep! (its electric and i ahve headphones...)

I agree with the comments about the speed, this is one piece that can run away from you, but have got it spot on. The quality of play is really VERY good as well. I only have some niggles about the sound reproduction; I really feel that some of the recording lets down your high standard of play.
