The idea that the spy can disguise as a dispenser would be a really good idea. The way it could work is:

1) you give out health gradually but from your own health bar (maybe you get a slight boost to compensate)

2) being stood on doesn't release your disguise

3) You don't give metal out (so you'd have to notice no extra ammo or metal) but are invulnerable to pyro's on the enemy team. That way they can't just sit and spam flame.

I meant it could be used on fun servers, as it would never get into professional levels of play.

I think the Crystal Dispenser would've been more hilarious if it said "No" and the Pyro checks and taunts. Then you zoom in on it suddenly switching to "Yes" while the Pyro is still taunting, and the spy/dispenser undiguises and stabs the Pyro.

upgrades give new unlockable weapons and even a hats for every class! and a lot of bug fixes, new maps, new mods etc.

They add unlockables (and by relation, achievements) for I figure the Scout, the Sniper, and the Spy, quite a few maps, and that small engineer update with level 3 dispensers and teleporters. I don't own an Xbox myself so, no, I was unaware of that.
